Track-mobile impact crusher
Telsmith, Inc., an Astec company, plans to exhibit its new Quarry Trax Model T16060, a track-mounted primary impact crushing plant designed for high-capacity production of up to 800 tons per hour. The crusher has a massive, solid-type rotor set on oversized wide-series bearings that the company says delivers higher inertia to optimize crushing. The unit is easy to transport and ready to crush in minutes.
Thor Global
Highway portable stacker
Thor Global Enterprises, Ltd.’s T150-20 is a 48-inch by 150-foot highway-portable telescopic stacker. The unit can be folded up and ready for transport or unfolded and ready for production within 15 minutes, according to the company. It can stockpile up to 2,000 tons per hour. The stacker features a quick-release system that allows the operator to engage or disengage the radial drive system within 3 minutes. It also boasts zero-speed switches on inner and outer conveyors to protect the stacker from overloading if the belt is broken or slips.

Adjust-on-the-fly jaw crusher
Universal Engineering plans to show off its new 3264 Jaw Crusher, which incorporates a hydraulically adjustable toggle system that allows for remote closed-side settings from 1 to 10 inches with automatic tramp iron relief. Other features include heavy-duty fabricated pitman, interchangeable and reversible jaw dies with easy top-side access for replacement, replaceable toes on both the stationary and movable die holders, and heavy-duty fabricated body with mounting pads that can be factory mounted to meet individual needs.

Large wheeled excavator
Volvo Construction Equipment will have its EW210C, the company’s largest wheeled excavator, on display at the show. It says the excavator is a multi-functional, highly balanced, fuel-efficient, and highly comfortable machine. It features a Tier III compliant engine with Volvo Advanced Combustion Technology that generates 161 horsepower. Other features include smooth load-sensing hydraulics, better controls, more space, more glass, less noise, less vibration, and an optional two-piece boom.
