Aggregates Manager garners editorial recognition
I recently learned that articles published in Aggregates Manager, as well as several of our sister publications, were judged by industry peers to have fallen in that former category. The American Society of Business Press Editors (ASBPE) announced the finalists for its national and regional Digital and Print Azbee awards, and Randall-Reilly publications are finalists for eight awards.
Aggregates Manager is a finalist in the following categories:
Original Research national award for its “Aggregates Manager Economic Forecast: Rock Steady” entry (Therese Dunphy), and
Organizational Profile national award for its “Going for the Green” entry (Kerry Clines).
Better Roads is a finalist in the following categories:
Original Research national award for its “Better Bridges: 2012 Annual Bridge Inventory” entry (Tina Grady Barbaccia),
Regular Column, Contributed regional award for its “Kirk Landers” entry (Kirk Landers), and
Web News Section national award for its “Better Roads News” entry (Tina Grady Barbaccia, John Latta).
Commercial Carrier Journal is a finalist in the following category:
News Analysis/Investigative national award for its “Up In Arms” entry (Jeff Crissey, Aaron Huff).
Overdrive is a finalist in the following categories:
Best Use of Social Media national award for its “Overdrive Social Media” entry (Kathleen Buccleugh), and
Blog national award for its “Channel 19” entry (Todd Dills).
Gold, silver and bronze awards are typically given in each category. Regional award winners will be announced on July 18 in New York City. National winners will be announced at the ASBPE National Awards Banquet on July 26 in Chicago.
