Innovative Processing Solutions
Custom solutions
Innovative Processing Solutions offers custom solutions for processing systems and specializes in enhancing bulk material handling systems. The company says it creates a variety of systems, ranging from single processing stations and conveyors to complete turnkey systems.
Extec
Portable stockpiling conveyor
Extec says its track-mounted stockpiling conveyor, featuring a 65-foot-long by 36-inch-wide conveyor belt, is designed to take feed from a portable crusher or screening plant. The conveyor has a stockpile height of 26 feet at 400 tons per hour. The machine folds over hydraulically at both ends for a transport width of 7 feet, 6 inches and a height of 7 feet, 7 inches.
GreyStone
Custom-designed systems
GreyStone, Inc. says it offers a full line of custom-designed conveyor systems with lengths ranging from 50 to 200 feet, including standard and heavy-duty portable conveyors, radial stackers, and tower radial stackers with material flows from 300 to 1,300 tons per hour. Belt widths vary from 24 to 54 inches. Overland conveyors come in lengths up to 2,500 feet with belt widths up to 72 inches for a material flow capacity of 3,700 tons per hour.
Grasan
Stationary truss and channel frame
Grasan stationary truss and channel frame conveyors come in belt widths of 24 to 60 inches and lengths from 25 to 500 feet, and feature engineered drives. The standard truss main frames are 36 inches deep, but the company can furnish 48- or 60-inch-deep trusses as well. The conveyors use a 20-inch-diameter rubber-lagged drive pulley with Q.D. tapered bushings.
KPI-JCI
Extendable stackers
KPI-JCI says its new SuperStacker series of extendable stackers provide accurate and uniform stockpile placement. The stackers are available in lengths of 130, 136, and 150 feet with belt widths of 30, 36, and 48 inches. A radial-capable gullwing axle is available for highly mobile applications. An automatic control system, Wizard Touch, is available for a variety of stockpile configurations. The system is said to produce a fully non-segregated stockpile by using one of its two built-in automated programs.
Superior
Portable radial stacker
Superior Industries says its line of PowerStacker conveyors is built to transition from road portable to working mode in just minutes. When a hydraulic switch is activated, the unit’s radial travel tires are engaged as its road travel tires are lifted. The conveyors are available in lengths of 95, 110, 125, and 150 feet.
American Bin and Conveyor
Cable-hung conveyor
American Bin and Conveyor says its cable-hung conveyor can maximize stockpile areas and provide clearance for traffic areas. The conveyor features class II drives, mine-duty pulleys, self-aligning roller bearings, and three-ply belting.
Aggregate Manufacturing International
Designed to fit needs
Aggregate Manufacturing International designs and builds conveyor systems to fit the needs of individual operations. This particular system, consisting of a series of lateral supports, was designed to support product transfer conveyors while maintaining safe, adequate pathways for truck access to bins.
Martin Engineering
New architectural design
Martin Engineering says its new EVO Conveyor Architecture re-thinks belt conveyors from the ground up. The company says the new design limits material buildup and features slide-in/slide-out cradles and idlers for improved installation and service; external wear liners to control spillage and allow easy maintenance access; and a modular chute wall that simplifies skirtboard construction. The new architecture design is available in complete conveyors or as components for existing systems.
Continental Crushing & Conveying
Field conveyor package
Continental Crushing & Conveying says its Red Line field conveyor packages are available in belt widths ranging from 24 to 54 inches and in horsepower levels ranging from 25 to 250. Components include the discharge drive section, take-up section, idlers and support structure, as well as loading section — just add belting, materials, and appropriate options.
Crisp Industries
Portable/stationary applications
Crisp Industries, Inc. offers a range of 100- to 3,500-ton-per-hour conveyors for portable and stationary applications. The company says its conveyors are custom designed to fit customer specifications and that new conveyor designs can be incorporated into existing systems or greenfield sites.
Masaba
Telescoping conveyor
Masaba Mining Equipment’s new 42-inch by 150-foot Magnum Telescoping Conveyor comes standard with the company’s new, patented Track Technology. According to the company, the new technology provides constant positive traction and smooth operation of the stringer to ensure long-term life of the machine, and eliminates cable maintenance issues and danger of cable breakage and uncontrolled rollback.
