Godwin Pumps® Announces New High Head Heidra® Pumps at CONEXPO 2011

(Las Vegas, Nevada – November 29, 2010) Godwin Pumps will announce the two newest additions to its Heidra hydraulic submersible pump line – the HS80HH Heidra pump and the HS150HH Heidra pump – at the 83rd Annual WEFTEC Technical Exhibition and Conference in booth 7669 at the Las Vegas Convention Center from March 22 – 26, 2011.
The Godwin HS80HH hydraulic submersible pump is a compact, self-contained pumping unit featuring a a 3 in (75 mm) submersible hydraulic top-discharging pump and a diesel-driven power pack. The HS80HH offers improved performance and operating efficiencies that cannot be matched by standard electric submersible models. With variable speed diesel engine power, the Heidra HS80HH can meet a variety of flow and head requirements up to 450 GPM (102 m³/h) and 325 ft (99 m) of total dynamic head with a simple throttle adjustment.
In addition, the HS80HH includes solids handing capability to 1 in (25 mm), dry running capabilities and a cast chromium steel impeller.
In addition to the new HS80HH, Godwin Pumps has released the HS150HH Heidra hydraulic submersible pump. The Godwin HS150HH Heidra hydraulic submersible pump is a compact self-contained pumping unit featuring a 6 in (150 mm) hydraulic pumpend and diesel-driven power pack. With variable speed diesel engine power, the HS150HH can meet a variety of flow and head requirements up to 1,250 GPM (285 m³/h) and total dynamic head requirements up to 460 ft (141 m). In addition, it has the ability to handle solids up to 1⅜ in (35 mm) in diameter.
With dry-running capabilities, a cast chromium steel impeller and rugged dewatering/solids handling, the HS150HH hydraulic submersible pump is suited for any environment.
