Single-toggle jaw crusher for stationary or mobile uses
Sandvik Rock Processing introduces its Jawmaster series of single-toggle jaw crushers in eight sizes from 22 x 32 to 44 x 60. The crushers are available as unit machines for stationary applications or on mobile Crawlmaster jaw plants. Jawmaster crushers feature a protective plate at the top of the moving jaw. A cross-wall is not required in the feed hopper, making all of the feed opening active and allowing more crushing nearer the top of the crushing chamber, Sandvik says. Geometry of the toggle mechanism and the crusher’s speed combine to provide higher capacity and low jaw plate wear, according to the company. Jaw setting adjustments can be made from either side of the crusher using shim plates. Wear parts are exchangeable between crushers and in some cases jaw plates are reversible. InfoDirect 728
