Bobcat to feature new loaders and excavators, and new “Bobcat Advantage” videos at ConExpo-Con/Agg
(WEST FARGO, N.D. — January 18, 2011) Bobcat Company plans to use CONEXPO-CON/AGG 2011 to launch four new M-Series loaders and three M-Series excavators, and showcase a variety of interactive displays, some of which demonstrate how Bobcat products match up with the competition and will be new for the show.
CONEXPO-CON/AGG is March 22 – 26 in Las Vegas.
Bobcat is extending the popular M-Series, “next generation” line, which unveiled its first models in 2009, with the new 700-platform machines — the S750 and S770 skid-steer loaders, T750 and T770 compact track loaders, and the A770 all-wheel steer loader. Also on-hand will be the new E32 and E35 extendable-arm excavators, and the E55 excavator. Bobcat excavators are featured in the 17 “Bobcat Advantage” competitive comparison video series that went live in November. New competitive comparison videos will launch for CONEXPO-CON/AGG, and the host of the videos, Perry Rust, will be on site assisting customers as they access the videos with the popular JAGTAG mobile marketing platform.
“We know it is common practice to read a spec sheet or a piece of paper, but the real test is how a machine can perform under load,” said Laura Ness Owens, public relations and trade shows manager for Bobcat. “Visitors will have quick access to the ‘Bobcat Advantage’ videos; they can talk with Perry, who has been through the comparisons first-hand; and they can get into the machines and understand the difference of our M-Series machines — how they’re different from previous models, and how they stack up to the competition.”
The Bobcat booth will also feature an all-wheel steer loader radio remote control display, a laser transmitter display, a compact track loader roller suspension system display, and an interactive demonstration of the Bobcat deluxe instrumentation panel. An area will be dedicated to Bobcat parts and aftermarket supplies.
“We understand CONEXPO attendees like to kick tires, but they also want to learn about the newest and most innovative technology on the market,” Ness Owens said. We have what they’re looking for, and we want them to enjoy the Bobcat Experience to the fullest.”
In addition to the new products and information, there will be fun, hands-on features including a novelty photo booth that attendees will want to be sure to stop by and experience. An always-popular part of the Bobcat CONEXPO-CON/AGG booth is the Bobcat Store, which will be open every day of the show. The booth will also feature a historic Bobcat M400 model (the original skid-steer loader).
Bobcat is part of the Doosan booth, #G-100.
