PLANT MANAGER

The Plant Manager will be responsible for all plant operations at our North Coast Branch based in Ukiah, California. Responsibilities include production, budgeting, safety and reporting. The ideal candidate is a leader with at least 8 years experience in concrete, aggregate and hot mix production. Candidates must also possess outstanding organization and communication skills. This position requires a bachelors’ degree in Mining, Civil or Mechanical Engineering or another applicable engineering degree.

PLANT ENGINEER

The ideal candidate will hold a BS degree in Mining, Civil or Mechanical Engineering or another applicable degree and The ideal candidate will hold a BS degree in Mining, Civil or Mechanical Engineering or another applicable degree and possess outstanding communication skills. The Plant Engineer will insure the safety of the workforce, prepare reports and budgets, and maximize productivity. Familiarity with aggregate and asphalt concrete plant operations, a demonstrated knowledge of aggregate, asphalt concrete products, and production related equipment is desired. Based in Ukiah, California.
