Diesel fuel price report: June 3, 2013

For the second consecutive week, U.S. diesel fuel prices decreased in nearly every region this week. The Rocky Mountain region experienced the only increase in the United States, with prices rising $0.003 per gallon.
All other regions experienced decreases, with California experiencing the largest decline at $0.018 per gallon less than last week  and $0.144 per gallon less than a year ago.
National diesel costs declined since last week but have increased year-over-year. Diesel prices in the U.S. are $0.011 per gallon less than a week ago but $0.023 per gallon higher than a year ago.
