Eriez says its CP 20/80 suspended permanent magnets use a permanent magnet circuit to provide a continuous and uniform magnetic field across the feed belt, optimizing separation efficiency.

The simple-to-install units measure 9.2 inches by 29.5 inches by 32.9 inches, weigh 2,313 pounds, and require no power to operate. It removes tramp metal from a 30-inch maximum belt width at a 10-inch suspension height. A self-cleaning belt provides automatic removal of accumulated tramp metal.
