Flexco rolled out its new Conveyor Audit Program designed to help operators evaluate the performance of their conveyor systems, the program allows them to proactively address conveyor concerns before they lead to repairs or unplanned downtime. The company’s field specialists will visit an operation and evaluate the system with an eye toward issues such as spillage, carryback, and mistracking before suggesting future resolutions. The company suggests that a fresh set of eyes might spot slight changes that owners and operators may not see and recommends an audit, which is free of charge, a minimum of once per year.
