Granite Construction declares quarterly dividend
Watsonville, Calif.-based Granite Construction Inc.‘s Board of Directors on Nov. 11 declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per common share. The dividend is payable on Jan. 13, 2012, for all shareholders of record on Dec. 30, 2011.
