Granite declares 13 cents per share quarterly dividend

Granite Construction Inc ^[1].’s Board of Directors on May 23 declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per common share.

The dividend is payable on July 13, 2012, for all shareholders of record on June 29, 2012.
