Granite declares quarterly dividend

Granite Construction Inc. announced on Aug. 5 that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.13 per common share. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2010 for shareholders of record on Sept. 30, 2010.
