IROCK CRUSHERS Launches Hydraset Hopper Technology
Oakwood Village, Ohio. IROCK Crushers announces the added feature of a Hydraset Hopper™ to their RDS-15 and RDS-20 Portable Rock Crushing Equipment Lines that are currently available in the market place throughout North America. The Hydraset Hopper System is designed to attach and remove the hopper/feeder module as a unit without the aid of any outside lifting devices, allowing the entire module to be detached and transported in minutes, not hours or days.
“The fact that the Hydraset Hopper can be removed in less than 30 minutes by one person
gives our customers a lower cost and an easily transported crushing plant”, says Stan Archer
General Manager of Sidwell Materials in Zanesville, Ohio. “The productivity you get by
reducing the manpower required to move the hopper and the need for less equipment to
transport, makes this technology a requirement for all future crushing plants”
The IROCK Hydraset Hopper System has its own internal power pack to operate the removal
or installation process. It can be loaded on a trailer, moved to a remote job site, and
reassembled with the crushing unit safely and easily by one person. IROCK Crushers
manufactures and sells Rock Crushing Equipment throughout North America and has been in
business for over 20 years. IROCK equipment is primarily used by Demolition Contractors and
Recycling facilities that process Concrete and Asphalt, and for aggregate production in rock
quarries.
