U.S. Vice President Joe Biden and Secretary of Transportation Ray LaHood delivered remarks Feb. 8 at 10:45 a.m. (ET) in Philadelphia at 30th Street Station on the Administration’s plan to build a 21st century infrastructure — from roads and bridges to high-speed rail, according to a Feb. 7 press announcement from the U.S. Department of Transportation

Biden and LaHood discussed new initiatives to increase the nation’s competitiveness, export goods to new markets around the world, and put Americans back to work while growing the economy and helping America win the future, according to the U.S. DOT.
