Caller ID streamlines dispatch orders

Command Alkon says its new Auto Caller ID (ACI) feature for its CommandSeries line of products streamlines the order entry process for dispatchers. When a call is received, the ACI pops up a display on the dispatcher’s monitor. Features include automatic customer lookup from existing entries, expanded order history information displays, automatic display of New Contacts screen for easy data entry if the caller is a new customer, ability to search for contact by phone number and by name, and easy integration with the VoiceGate call-processing technology.
