^[1]McLanahan Corp. launched a new line of filter presses designed, manufactured, and serviced in the United States. The fully automatic systems provide a fines dewatering solution that eliminates the need for slurry ponds and a full-time operator. Several different options are available in both overhead-beam and side-beam design with either recessed-chamber filter plates or membrane filter plates and a wide range of pressures from 225 to 725 pounds per square inch. Other options include core blow systems and automatic wash systems.
