PacLease Announces North American Franchise of the Year Awards and Regional Franchise of the Year Awards for 2009
A winning combination of sales growth and an entrepreneurial staff dedicated to serving customers contributed to Edmonton Kenworth PacLease and Peterbilt PacLease of Las Vegas earning PACCAR Leasing Company’s North American Franchise of the Year Awards.
PACCAR Leasing Company (PacLease) recently presented the awards to Edmonton Kenworth PacLease and Peterbilt PacLease of Las Vegas. The awards recognize the top Peterbilt and Kenworth PacLease locations for success in sales and for the effort employees put forth to deliver products and services that meet and exceed customer needs.
“As a PacLease franchise it is of paramount importance that we hold ourselves to a higher standard commensurate with the industry leading quality of the Kenworth and PACCAR brands,” said Jim Callaway general manager of Edmonton Kenworth PacLease. “2009 was a challenging year for everyone and we were able to make it successful through the diligent efforts of our employees.”
“Our dedicated PacLease team members service our customers with enthusiasm and commitment. As a result, we managed to keep costs under control and maintain a very satisfied customer base. The recognition goes to each of our PacLease team members who contribute to our success every day,” said Scott Pearson, president of Peterbilt PacLease of Las Vegas.
“It’s clear that these locations and their employees deserve this recognition for their dedication to serving the needs of our customers. Franchise of the Year award winners consistently display outstanding quality throughout their enterprises,” said PacLease President Bob Southern. “Award criteria was based on the PacLease Standards of Excellence program. The standards evaluate PacLease locations in key functional business areas based on quality performance.”
PacLease also presented several regional awards to franchises throughout the United States and Canada for their successes. The 2009 region franchise award winners are: MHC PacLease, Tulsa, Oklahoma; PacLease of Baltimore, Baltimore, Maryland; Peterbilt PacLease of Las Vegas, Las Vegas, Nevada; Great West Truck Lease and Rentals, Calgary, Alberta; Edmonton Kenworth PacLease, Edmonton, Alberta; Southland PacLease of Lafayette, Baton Rouge, Louisiana; Rush Truck Leasing, San Antonio, Texas; Pape Kenworth PacLease, Fresno, California.
