Sandvik Mobile Crushers and Screens launched its new electrically driven, wheeled UJ310+ jaw crusher and UI310+ Prisec impact crushers. They are designed for flexibility, combining primary and secondary crushing as well as screening in one unit, and are modular to operate as independent units or inter-locked in a train to produce a range of fractions.
The UJ310+ jaw crusher is said to feature the reliability and high performance of the Sandvik CJ411 jaw crusher and comes complete with a double deck vibrating pre-screen. The unit is assembled on a single trailer frame and mounted on a quad-axle bogie, making it easy to transport and quick to set-up.
The UI310+ Prisec impact crusher is mounted on a quad-axle bogie and features the patented and highly modularized Sandvik CI512 Prisec impactor, which offers the flexibility to configure one base crusher into either a primary or a secondary configuration. It also comes with a double-deck vibrating pre-screen which is said to provide greater efficiency and higher productivity.
All models are designed for quick set-up and trouble-free operation with easy maintenance and user-friendly operational features. The units can be operated through a mains electricity supply or separate power generator. All drive controls are housed in a central control panel unit, which is certified and can be located at ground level.
The UI310+ Prisec impact crusher was on display at ConExpo-Con/Agg 2017.
