SD605 DUST ABATEMENT
SD605 is the ideal choice for dust from concrete products manufacturing, construction dust control, roadway dust control, haul road dust control, erosion control, soil stabilization, and soil permeability. SD605 is an economical water applied complex copolymer that contains our patented super surfactant which allow for deep penetration into the dust bed and soil.
SD605 when applied with water develops a harden surface with deep penetration up to 10-14 inches in heavy dust conditions. This is extremely important where light powdery dust problems occur. By going deep the combination product forms a more rigid substructure by attracting and combining the dust particles. Surface traffic compresses the dust and product mix to form a denser matrix. This provides long term control.
Controlling dust with water trucks alone requires multiple trips to maintain moisture. This type of control is costly and time consuming. Using SD605™ will save money by reducing labor and water cost. After the first application of SD605™, only an occasional maintenance application is required to maintain proper product level in the dust bed.
SD605™ deep penetrating soil stabilization is important for construction projects, where dust pollution can result in fines and costly work stoppages. SD605™ is a low cost insurance against dust. SD605™ is available in 2.5 gallon jugs, 55 gallon drums, and 300 gallon totes.
