Smico/Symons Screens recently announced Alan Odgers as vice president of the Oklahoma City-based manufacturer specializing in custom vibratory screens, feeders, conveyors, and wear parts. Odgers brings with him extensive experience with global distribution of construction-related equipment and managing all areas of sales, marketing, manufacturing, and retail distribution through dealers or direct sales. He began his career with Charles Machine Works in 1987, then rose through a variety of management roles at Timberjack, Vermeer, Astec Underground, and JW Jones Co. before joining Smico/Symons as VP. Odgers works closely with the Smico/Symons management team to help expand sales and distribution of its equipment globally.
