Cone crushers offer producers high production and cost-efficient performance.
FLSmidth Pekin, LLC (formerly FLSmidth Excel LLC) says its Raptor XL600 cone crusher has a maximum throughput capacity that approaches 1,000 tons per hour. The cone has a 600-horsepower motor, large 60-inch crushing head, and handles feed sizes up to 14 inches. It can replace crushers with a 59-inch head diameter or larger without major modifications to foundations or feed arrangements.
The Kodiak Plus series of cone crushers is engineered to save time and money by reducing downtime and maintenance, according to KPI-JCI, an Astec company. The company says its precision-designed roller bearings generate high efficiencies and reduce operating temperatures while allowing a high tolerance to climate and temperature fluctuations.
Terex Cedarapids says its quick-adjust, 200-horsepower RC45 III ElJay Rollercone features a hydraulic thread adjustment system that makes setting changes quick and easy. The manganese of the cone rotates for uniform wear, which results in less maintenance. Its advanced crushing chamber technology is said to yield a high percentage of sized product on the first pass and a highly cubical product.
Telsmith Inc., an Astec Industries company, offers its model SBS cone crusher in five sizes ranging from 200 to 600 horsepower. The company says the cones are specifically built to deliver consistent sizing and reliable production in hard rock, secondary, and tertiary applications. The crusher features hydraulic anti-spin and remote Dynamic Adjust systems, making it fully automation enabled.
Jaw crushers offer interchangeable die, durable construction, and aggressive crushing.
