Get your crush on with cones and jaws
Sandvik says its QJ340 track-mounted mobile jaw crusher ensures durability and reliability through its reverse crushing action capability for relieving blockages and its automatic jaw lubrication system. The crusher offers on-the-job versatility through options that allow it to be modified to match the precise demands of any specific application.
The Mobicat MC 120 Z track-mounted jaw crusher from Kleemann, a Wirtgen America company, is driven by a 215-horsepower direct electric motor, which provides high-capacity crushing with efficient fuel usage. The jaw features a two-deck, fully independent pre-screen that can be fitted with punch sheet, grizzly, and wire mesh, and a lined, heavy-duty vibrating feeder below the crusher.
If a new crusher isn’t in the budget, remanufactured cone crushers are an option.
JW Jones Co. says it refurbishes all makes and models of portable and stationary cone crushers to perform like new. Each cone crusher is completely taken apart, evaluated, remanufactured, and then sold at up to 50 percent less cost than a new one. Stationary and portable cone crushers are available in size ranges from 2 feet up to 7 feet for production requirements up to 1,500 tons per hour.
