Garton Tractor, new Takeuchi dealership in California
(Atlanta, GA.) Takeuchi-US has announced Garton Tractor Inc. as the newest member of their expanding dealer network, representing the full line of Takeuchi compact earthmoving equipment.
Located in Ukiah, Calif., Garton Tractor Inc. will be selling Takeuchi equipment at two of their locations, Ukiah and Santa Rosa. This well-established company has been an important part of the agricultural community of California for many years. Incorporated in 1970, the roots of Garton Tractor go all the way back to when Vernon K. Garton began managing the old Ford Tractor dealerships in Modesto and Turlock in 1954. As a family-owned company, Garton Tractor Inc. has met rapid growth and expansion over the years, and has locations all over California.
“Over the years, Garton Tractor has built a real legacy by focusing on the needs of their customers, and on their core values of honesty, integrity, and respect,” said John Vranches, Takeuchi National Sales Manager. “We are thrilled to be a part of Garton Tractor’s business, and are looking forward to a fantastic partnership.”
Takeuchi is an ISO 9001 certified manufacturer of an extensive line of compact track loaders, compact excavators, and compact wheel loaders. Founded in 1963, Takeuchi was the first company to introduce the compact excavator to North America, setting the stage for one of the highest growth product segments ever introduced in the compact equipment market. The compact excavator has become a mainline product for both rental and construction/utility companies. Takeuchi continued to lead the compact construction industry with the introduction of the first compact track loader to North America.
