Yankton, South Dakota – September 14, 2009 – Vanguard Plus, the newest series of jaw crushers by KPI-JCI roll out today with greater capacity, less downtime and the unmatched dependability of the KPI-JCI name.
Engineered as the highest capacity jaw crushers in its class, the Vanguard Plus series delivers up to 25 percent more tons per hour than other traditional crushers.

Created due to a demand for increased productivity, the Vanguard Plus series boasts production capacities as high at 816 tons per hour. The series represents the most innovative, time-saving and user-friendly features in the crushing industry.
As with any KPI-JCI product, Vanguard Plus crushers are designed to maximize uptime to keep business running as smoothly as possible. Performance features include a forged 1 ½ inch eccentric shaft to increase stroke productivity, and toggle seats with alignment for maximum crushing action.
Increased durability through self aligning spherical roller bearings offer additional strength and long-term service. Safety features include a barrel protector plate to protect against costly pitman damage and lower retaining lips to also protect the pitman and crusher base from costly damage.
