Vulcan declares quarterly dividend on common shares
The Board of Directors of Vulcan Materials Co. at a meeting held Oct. 12 declared a quarterly dividend of one cent per share on its common stock payable Dec. 10, 2012, to shareholders of record No. 26, 2012.
