W.S. Tyler’s N-Class vibrating screens
The new line of N-Class vibrating screens from W.S. Tyler features four-bearing eccentric screening technology that helps minimize structural vibration and ensure smooth, efficient operation. The screens offer self-cleaning action to minimize common issues found with traditional grizzly feeders, including blinding and pegging. The N-Class is flexible enough to fit into most operations with an apron feeder, yet handles heavy-duty applications. Its eccentric shaft design forces the screen body to follow the shaft movement. While it travels upward, the counterbalance weights move in the opposite directions and create an equal force, thereby cancelling each other out.
