McLanahan Corp., booth C31027
Max Series Vibrating Screens can separate coarse feed materials from finer materials. Available in sizes ranging from 6-foot by 16-foot to 8-foot by 24-foot, the screens are a low headroom design engineered to fit into existing structures and operations with no rework. Side plates are fully bolted construction to reduce or eliminate crack propagation due to stress riser in the steel caused by welding and provide the ability to quickly replace worn components without cutting. The side plates feature cross beam inspection ports that allow producers to inspect inside tubes for failure when the tube is not visible due to abrasion resistant lining, eliminating the need for operators to crawl between decks for inspections. Independent cross members allow worn sections of the screen to be replaced individually without replacing the entire deck frame. A direct drive system eliminates the requirements for a pivoting motor base to ensure belt tension on start-up.

The Model H-54 multi-cage mill is designed for pulverizing, grinding, crushing, and mixing abrasive and non-abrasive materials – wet, sticky, or dry. The H-Series provides a finer, more uniform grind and can handle up to 240 tons per hour. The cage mills feature a quick-opening housing for quick inspection and maintenance. It allows for minimum downtime for wear part replacement and inspection. Each H-Series Impact Mill housing can accommodate two-, four-, or six-row cage assemblies. The operator can vary the number of pins in each row, to vary the rotational speed of each cage in relation to the other(s), and to change the relative direction of rotation of the cages. For wet material applications, air cannons are mounted at the intake and discharge to help prevent buildup of wet material. A hydraulically-operated, quick-opening retractor provides rapid access to crushing components for inspection or change out. The quick opening feature allows prescheduling of downtime for parts change out based on regular inspections.
Other equipment on display: Horizontal shaft impactors, vertical shaft impactors, and cage mills, including the Mega-Slam horizontal shaft impactor.

Thunder Creek, booth C22521
Thunder Creek says its Multi-tank Trailers are the first fuel and service trailers designed to legally transport bulk diesel on the road without requiring drivers to maintain a CDL or HAZMAT endorsement (local regulations may apply). This is accomplished by isolating diesel in four, six, or eight separate 115-gallon, DOT-compliant non-bulk tanks. Tanks are joined by a manifold to a common pump, creating complete isolation during transport and controlled dispensing of fuel at the site. Trailers are available in 460-, 690-, and 920-gallon capacities.

Xylem, booth C32426
Xylem’s Godwin Field Smart Technology (FST) and Godwin PrimeGuard 2 controller provides mining personnel with pump operating data from a remote location, that can reduce or eliminate the need for onsite personnel to monitor pumps manually. Its PrimeGuard 2 is a fully programmable microprocessor engine control system that allows for inputs from flow meters, level transducers, pressure transducers, or standard floats. Using the data from any of these systems, Godwin Dri-Prime pumps can be programmed to start/stop automatically with no operator intervention required. Used in tandem with PrimeGuard 2, FST is a premium solution for any aggregates site. FST can monitor engine, motor, and pump operation conditions (e.g. operating hours, speed, engine temperature, and fuel consumption), as well as pump parameters such as suction and discharge pressure, sump level, and flow data.
