Compact design          NEW!

compact-designUntitled-1Elrus says its new compact 6-foot by 12-foot three-deck screen plant was designed with an emphasis on increasing plant efficiency, reducing size and weight, and reducing the overall cost of ownership. It incorporates two screening sections on each deck, offering the benefits of both horizontal and inclined screening. The primary high-angle panel at the feed end results in rapid fines removal, while the secondary lower-angle panel results in accurate sizing and stratification associated with horizontal screening.

The plant is powered by two 13-horsepower electric vibrating motors that require only about half the power of larger machines and almost no maintenance — just a shot of grease once a year or every 2,000 hours. Screen cloth is easy to change because the decks are all end tension for easy access. The middle deck can be installed without removing the top deck. Side access ports allow for easy maintenance.

The McCloskey V80 vertical shaft impactor is now available around the world. The company says it is designed to be one of the most efficient vertical shaft impactors on the market for producing high-specification sealing aggregates, with a high proportion of fines required for main roads/road base, or manufactured sand. The plant features a Cemco crusher, a heavy-duty feeder with hardox steel hopper, a 350-horsepower Cat C9 engine, and four possible crusher combinations for higher efficiency and less wear.

high-weight-to-powerUntitled-1High weight to power ratio    NEW!

Screen Machine says its revolutionary, patent-pending, track-mounted CST cone crusher features a 50-inch quarry-duty cone crusher that offers the highest weight-to-power ratio of any tracked cone plant in the industry. The new machine is uniquely designed with a vibratory shaker screen located between the feeder and crushing chamber.

frac-sandUntitled-1Frac sand processing

McLanahan and Cemco collaborated to produce the industry’s first portable frac sand plant capable of producing two sizes of frac sand. The plant is comprised of two separate units on separate chassis that connect via four hoses to make a complete, integrated plant. Assembly/disassembly requires only two operators and can be completed in less than eight hours. The self-erecting, electric-powered plant offers an average output of 150 tons per hour and is designed with minimal moving parts to reduce maintenance and downtime. It transports easily from one site to the next, is highway legal, and meets all state DOT requirements for transport.

fully-customizableUntitled-1Fully customizable

Cemco’s trailer-mounted Turbo 128 V-Twin VSI crusher is fully customizable to enable production of several types of aggregate materials. It is available with up to 900 horsepower, weighs approximately 42,000 pounds, and offers production capabilities up to 1,000 tons per hour. The crusher features heavy-duty, self-aligning spherical roller bearings, allowing it to handle dynamic loads up to 366,000 pounds. The company says material enters the crusher through an adjustable feed tube, drops onto an impeller table, and is then cast against a stationary abrasive-resistant anvil where it shatters along natural impact points, resulting in a uniform, cube-shaped product.

improves-efficiencyUntitled-1Improves efficiency, quality

IRock‘s RDS-20 primary crushing plant is said to be a highly portable and easy-to-operate mobile unit. According to the company, it combines a closed-circuit design, high-performance four-bar impactor, and heavy-duty components for reliability, increased efficiency, and the precision to produce a uniform, cubical product. The plant can process a variety of materials, including quarry rock, demolition debris, recyclable materials, and base rock for oil fields.

unrestricted-material-flowUntitled-1Unrestricted material flow

Kleemann says its Mobirex EVO plants — the MR 110 Z EVO, MR 110 R EVO, MR 130 R EVO, and MR 130 Z EVO — represent a new evolution for the entire plant spectrum in terms of performance, economic efficiency, and equipment longevity. The new EVO concept eliminates all restriction to the flow of material throughout the entire plant. The discharge chute under the crusher is 4 inches wider than the inner width of the crusher, and the discharge belt is 4 inches wider than the discharge chute. So, material is transported quickly and carefully away from the critical area under the crusher.

live-independent-scUntitled-1Live independent pre-screen

Powerscreen says its XA750S jaw crusher is one of the most advanced and efficient tracked crushing plants on the market for large-scale operations. It is said to be capable of producing high volumes of superbly shaped product at up to 750 tons per hour. Key features include a live independent pre-screen, an unrestricted feed opening that prevents bridging, a hydraulic closed-side setting adjustment system, a hydraulic drawback rod retention system, a hydraulically adjustable product conveyor for ease of transport, and low running costs associated with the direct-drive crusher system.

Telsmith’s JCP 2238-38 portable crushing plant includes a J2238 Hydra-Jaw for primary crushing and a C38 cone for secondary crushing after material is sorted through the included screen. The self-contained, electric-drive unit can be moved with minimal disconnection. The cone is capable of processing more than 250 tons per hour and comes with standard features such as hydraulic relief and clearing, dynamic adjust, and hydraulic lock, all providing for low maintenance with minimal disassembly and quick adjustment under load.

The CEC Generation II Track mobile impact crusher has a fabricated frame design that was stress analyzed before the design was completed. The stronger frame is loaded with operator convenience functions and boasts a larger, high-capacity, 52-inch by 16-foot feeder with a second deck for controlled reject, which the company says greatly enhances production and gradation.

unique-quattroUntitled-1Unique “Quattro-Movement”

Atlas Copco designed its track-mounted PC 6 jaw crusher to operate in the most rugged environments. The crusher’s unique “Quattro Movement,” with an up-thrust toggle plate position, causes a figure-I motion in the moving jaw. The company says this increases the feeding capacity and produces a post-crush at the crusher outlet. The plant’s double-deck, independent pre-screen section screens out fines prior to material entering the crushing chamber. A screen box can be mounted on the main conveyor. Large GRP covers ensure ease of access for service and maintenance.

Metso says its Lokotrack ST2.4 mobile screen combines high screening capacity with exceptionally low fuel consumption, thanks to its optimized hydraulic design and state-of-the-art control system. The unit can handle everything from pre-screening of coarse gravel to fine classifying and processing of natural sands, as well as any demanding recycled materials. Its efficient two-stage screen produces three, clean end-product sizes in one process.

suits-smallerUntitled-1Suits smaller operations

Sandvik says its QI240 mobile impact crusher is designed to process construction materials onsite, but is perfectly suited for smaller quarry operations. The unit’s CI411 Pri-Sec impact crusher is designed to work in a primary or secondary capacity, a feature said to be unique to the company. The machine is fitted with a pre-screen to ensure maximum scalping capability and an underpan feeder that reduces any spillage issues. A choice of grizzly, punch-plate, or heavy-duty top deck mesh makes it flexible to suit any application.

flexible-planbtUntitled-1Flexible plant configurations

KPI-JCI says its ProSizer 4200 is a versatile closed-circuit mobile plant that incorporates a double-deck conventional or optional multi-frequency screen with a 4250 horizontal shaft impactor. The plant is capable of processing 300 tons per hour of oversized materials. It can make three products or one product and can blend the top two decks back into the crusher. A remote-mounted radiator, no flashing return conveyor, and round members inside the screenbox make the unit more user- and service-friendly.
