Richard R. Graves joins Rogers Group’s board of directors

Richard R. Graves was recently elected to Rogers Group Inc.’s board of directors.

Rogers Group Inc. Board of Directors announced the recent election of Richard R. Graves to their board.  Graves is president and chief executive officer of Saulsbury Industries which was established in 1967 and currently has more than 2,500 employees servicing the fossil, refining, petrochemical, gas processing, mining, manufacturing, and nuclear industries.

Graves has more than 39 years of management and operations experience in engineering, construction, and field services. Additionally, he was treasurer and first vice chair of the Women’s Business Council of the Southwest, board member for the American Institute of Diversity and Commerce, advisory board member of Choose Construction Initiative, and member of ABC Industrial Contractor’s Council. Graves is also a past member of the Nuclear Energy Institute Advisory Board, the American Nuclear Society and the Project Management Institute, 2009 chairman of the board for the National Center for Construction Education and Research, and past chairman of Fluor Corporation’s Leadership Development Board. He currently is a director for Saulsbury’s Board of Directors.

Graves holds degrees in Industrial Management and Business Administration. He also is a graduate of the Construction Executive Program at Texas A&M University, the Mid- Management Program at Southern Methodist University, the Thunderbird International Business Management Program, the MIT/INPO Reactor Technology Program for Utility Executives, and The Executive Leadership Program at Stanford University.
